In 2011, I hosted my first event and fell in love.

It began with hosting charity events in Arizona, then Seattle, and quickly evolved into wedding planning where I found my true passion. I love guiding couples through the planning process and making their day as stress-free as possible and create a space for them to fully enjoy their day and be present with their loved ones.

 

I specialize in intimate weddings and events (typically under 100 guests total), and my base is in the Skagit Valley and the San Juan Islands but I am also happy to travel to help make your day flawless.

Event Planning

I was fortunate enough to be trained and work with a team of amazing planners at Bridal Bliss. Their team has a base both in Seattle and in Portland, and I extended our services north to the Skagit Valley and the San Juan Islands. If you are planning a larger wedding of 100 people or more, I highly recommend reaching out to Bridal Bliss and working with any of their coordinators - they are an absolute pleasure to work with and do a spectacular job in all wedding services.

Since 2021, I have taken a step back from wedding planning and working on the Bridal Bliss team, but still offer planning services for couples who are planning small, more intimate ceremonies. I am happy to work with couples within their budget and offer day-of facilitation services.

This includes:

Pre-Wedding

  • Two pre-wedding consultations

  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

 

Wedding Day

  • Up to eight hours on-site with your lead coordinator, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
